Led by Yoga Ganesh’s Braxton, this is a practice of conscious breathing with movement. Braxton will guide you through a yogic session with focus on the Somatic experience - and with specific anchoring on calisthenics, balance and strength, using our breath. Suitable for all levels. Mat, water and suitable loose clothing required.
