Stacey Dooley returns to the festival brimming with enthusiasm and empathy, the trademarks that created one of the most respected TV documentary makers of our time.  She’s also a best-selling author.  Her new book Dear Minnie is dedicated to her daughter, a first child with Kevin Clifton, her partner in life and in Strictly Come Dancing.  Using letters written by mothers to their children in diverse and extraordinary circumstances, Stacey has written a frank, honest and sometimes amusing enquiry that moves from pregnancy to birth and beyond. She talks about the different emotional journeys mothers make, as well as the common bonds they share.
