Information

Hawick Rugby Football Club is 150 years old in 2024 and in this celebratory volume the story of the most consistently successful rugby team in Scotland is told from many points of view. Memories from players - those that became British Lions and also those who only played junior rugby - supporters, volunteers, opponents, referees, journalists, and the legendary commentator, Bill McLaren are all included. Much more than a history, this is a story of part of the beating heart of a unique Borders community. Ian Landles and Murray Watson will join us.
